VOLUNTEER APPLICATION PROCESS
Use your gifts and talents to make a difference in the worldThe Kenneth Acha Foundation (KAF) is growing and we need talented, gifted, and passionate people to join our team. We need both full-time staff and part-time volunteers. Our volunteers can either work virtually from their homes or come volunteer in our headquarters in Austin, Texas.
Volunteer Application Process
If you believe that KAF is the place for you to use your gifts and talents to make a lasting impact on the world, below are the steps you should take.
Each of the following volunteer positions requires about 5-10 hrs per week of commitment for at least 1 year.

| 3. | Resume | Email us your resume or attach it in the application. Our email is: info@kennethacha.org) |
| 4. | 1st Interview (Skype) | If we are interested, we will set up our first Skype interview. |
| 5. | 2nd Interview (Skype or face-to-face) | If our first interview goes well, we will set up another interview via Skype or face-to-face. |
| 6. | Reference checks | At this point, we call and check references. |
| 6. | Online On-boarding | After the interviews, if we both are still interested, we allow the potential volunteer to go through our online on-boarding course to get to know us more. |
| 7. | Ministry Engagement Strategy | At this stage, the volunteer writes 3-5 OKRs that they will be focused on. |
| 8. | Background Checks | Background checks will be done for positions that involve working with sensitive information |
